Moroccan dinner:
Our Moroccan Chef who we warmly call Mama is famous for her knowledge of local dishes.  A “3-course” menu is served upon request.

French dinner:
A “3 course” French menu inspired by traditional family recipes is also served upon request by our Head Chef Marc.
