We currently offer an all-day and room service menu plus in the evening an a la carte dinner menu. In February 2019, we’ll be launching our new restaurant Ōban where fine seasonal food created using a combination of international recipes and techniques with local products and flavours will be served.
One of a kind in Morocco and designed especially for us, our unique, open design wine cellar holds 3000 bottles —including, for example, a ’62 Cheval Blanc or ’99 Petrus— all which can be enjoyed by the glass with the all new Coravin and iFAVINE systems. We are a member of the Le Cercle SGC and are currently working alongside our Sommelier to fill our wine cellar with varietals from all over the World.

The day starts with a visit to a local market where you’ll choose fresh produce and learn about traditional cooking techniques such as the beef stew that is slow cooked in a clay pot in the embers of a fire to produce the delicious tangia. Then you’ll come back to the hotel to prepare the meal of your choice in our kitchen before sitting down to eat
