We also accept AMEX but not for manual transactions (deposit) only when the guest is physically present at the Riad. If you should wish to make payment by International Money Order please contact us for further information.
Booking Confirmation:
All bookings are confirmed via email, only written confirmation is considered as a firm booking. Only written cancellation are acceptable. All cancellations by phone are to be followed by an email or fax, until doing so all bookings are maintained, failure to comply will result in the above mentioned canellation charges being applied.
Customs and Police:
We can not accept responsibilty for any errors on your behalf. We strongly advise all visitors to contact the proper authorities before planning your trip to the Kingdom of Morrocco and remind you that you should be in possession of a passport which is valid for at least six months following your arrival. If you are refused access to the territory upon your arrival we make you aware that any deposit put down prior to this unfortunate incident will be lost. Please make sure that you have all the neccessary travel documents to avoid such inconvenience.
